Executive – Marketing Communication

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, produce and distribute publications such as newsletter, catalogs and brochures.
  • Source and monitor sponsorships. E.g. for events, novelties, goodies, etc.
  • Monitor media coverage and update database, assist in writing press releases when required.
  • Propose, develop and implement approved annual marketing & communications strategies, activities and events.
  • Maintain and update website and social media channels and provide analytics report.
  • Update in-house advertising and communication channels and design promotional items.

Requirements:

  • BA/ BSc in relevant field e.g. Communications/ Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Journalism/ Business etc.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing and editing and able to manage multiple social media accounts.
  • Skills in design tools. e.g. Adobe InDesign/ Illustrator/ Photoshop, etc.
  • Knowledge and skills in Microsoft programs. e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.

 

Assistant – Accounts

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data entry, updating records and maintenance of accounting records.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules for accounts.
  • Handling of petty cash.
  • Preparation of cheque / cash payments, cheques and other related documents.
  • Monitor and verify daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
  • Preparation of monthly reconciliation for bank, debtors, creditors and control accounts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification in Accounting.
  • Preferably one (1) to two (2) years related working experience. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Club-On and FAS accounting system.
  • Analytical, independent and good team player.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
